Welcome to Entry #5 of Vivi’s Dining Diaries: Donuts!

This week’s entry is slightly different because Vivi does not make the donuts featured in Invisible Orphans. Instead, she orders them from a local bakery in Indiana. Her love of donuts is known throughout the town, and the baker even gives her a tour of the kitchen so she can learn how they were made. The major contributor to these delicious donuts is potato flour which adds a nice crisp texture that Vivi loves.
